At this time we only accept payment through www.Paypal.com
Can I get a refund on my print order?
We are not responsible for typos or errors to the text as every order must be approved by the customer before going to print. However, it there is a mistake with the printing, please email ASAP so we can correct the problem and reprint the order.
Are the stock photos you used licensed?
Yes. In most cases you can sell 250, 000 books with the images used.
Can I use my own photos/images?
You must own the copyright of any images you provide. And then, of course, it will depend on the quality of the photo and if it would work for the design.
Can I have your original design files?
I’m sorry but no. It is against stock image and font licensing. I can only sell them to you as part of a design.
Do you sell cover design more than once?
Can I reserve a premade cover?
I’m sorry, no. It’s first come first served.
Can you turn a premade cover into a print cover?
Yes, to add a cover and spine costs $70.
