Please include your Name, Shipping Address, Phone
Number, Product(s) Name, Quantity Desired and if you are supplying your own
design or having us design the item for you. You will receive an email with the
total cost including estimated shipping charges. A final invoice will be sent
once the order is shipped. (Your information will remain private and will not be sold or traded.)
- Digital Art Guidelines
All art, including book covers, must be 300 dpi and submitted as a .TIFF, PSD, or PDF file. We
can also accept certain .JPG files. For logos we accept images created in PSP, Photoshop,
or Corel Draw. Minimum resolution for PSP and
Photoshop is 1200 dpi, black/white. Please email all art as a zipped attachment.
- Color
The digital imaging process has limitation and may not be able to match colors exactly.
Also note all monitors
display colors differently depending on their settings.
- Production Time
All designs must be pre-approved before order is completed.
Order are proofed via a private webpage. Most orders ship in
about 10 working days, plus 3 - 5 days to ship.
- Payment Terms
Full payment is due upon approval of design. Check, Money Order or Credit Card Payment via PayPal
only accepted. (Sorry we can not accept credit card checks.)
- Prices
All prices subject to change without prior notification.
- Minimum Order
The lowest quantity show is the minimum order.
- Over/Under Runs
Due to variations in the imprinting process, all orders are subject to a 10% over-run or
under-run.
- Shipping
Most items are shipped direct from the factory by UPS Ground. Standard
author labels are shipped via US Mail.
- Copyrighted Material
Customer is responsible for all use of
copyrighted material.
- Returns
Merchandise cannot be returned without authorization.
