*Files must be submitted as a JPG/JPEG, TIFF, or PSD file type.

* Files size must be 8.75" x 11.25" (H x W), 300 dpi, and formatted CMYK.

*Actual finished size is 8.5" x 11" (H x W). The file is required to have an .25" bleed on all sides which makes the submitted size 8.75" x 11.25" (H x W). All files must be submitted at this measurement regardless of whether the background is full bleed/color or not.

*When designing, you need to allow an additional 1/16" to 1/8" from the trim border for text. Text cannot go all the way to the trim lines or we cannot guarantee that text may be cut off slightly during the trimming process.
